We do not produce finished sacks. Instead, we focus 100% of our engineering precision on extrusion and weaving, ensuring that the fabric rolls we supply to converters, printers, and sewing units are of the highest tensile strength and uniform consistency.
From polymer granule to woven roll.
Raw polypropylene polymers are melted and stretched into high-strength, flat tapes. This sets the foundational tenacity of the material.
Tapes are spool-wound with precision tension control to ensure zero breakage during high-speed weaving operations.
The spools are loaded onto circular looms to create seamless tubular fabric. This is our final output.
Woven Fabric Rolls
Our rolls are optimized for automated cutting and stitching lines. Custom specifications available upon request for bulk orders.
